BIOGRAPHY

 

Attorney Brad B Glassman, Esq. sincerely believes that helping one person might not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.

 

For over 25 years, as a trusting and compassionate immigration attorney, Brad has helped people, families,  entrepreneurs,  and  businesses  obtain  the  necessary privileges  to  immigrate,  live,  and work in the United States, giving people the opportunity to be a part of the fabric of our country. Brad recognizes immigrants have participated and should continue to participate in the growth and development of our nation––a nation rooted in the hard work of generations of immigrants.

 

Brad  has  diverse  immigration  experience  and  a  passion  to  help  in  earning  your  desired  goals, having  counseled,  represented,  and  achieved  positive  results  for  thousands  of  individuals, professionals, small and large businesses, in federal immigration matters; specializing in family-based  and  employment-based  immigrant  visas,  non-immigrant  visas,  and  lawful  permanent residency (i.e., the ‘Green Card’); US Citizenship; DACA; I-9 disputes; appellate process, criminal matters and  general  immigration.  Brad  is  especially  passionate  in  working  on  cases  involving marriages to obtain Green Cards, eventually seeing his clients swell with pride as they naturalize and wave the stars and stripes.

 

Brad is a founding member of Glassman Law, a New York based law group that combined has over  75  years-experience  in  U.S.  Immigration  and  Nationality  law.  Brad  graduated  from  the University of Pennsylvania (UPENN) in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Following  his  undergraduate  education,  he  attended  Pace  University  Graduate  School  of  Law, graduating  summa  cum laude  with  a  degree  of  Juris  Doctor  in  1995.  While  in  law  school  Brad interned for both immigration and civil litigation firms. Brad was admitted to the New York and New Jersey bar in 1996 and is authorized to represent clients in all 50 United States and territories. Brad began his legal career in New York City where he focused his practice, Glassman Law, on civil immigration and nationality law. He expanded his practice to private and corporate business, along  with  residential,  and  commercial  transactional  and  leasing  real  estate  matters.  Brad  has presented  lectures  on  immigration  and  transactions  for  business,  continuing  legal  education, houses of worship, and school events as a licensed immigration practitioner.

 

In addition to individual clients, Brad’s clients have included titans of business in both the private and public spheres, having represented Fortune 500 companies such as: Volvo Motor Cars, Volvo Penta Ferrari Motorcars, Sandvik Group companies across the globe (including, Precision Twist Drill, Coromant, Mining and Rock Construction, Materials Technology,  Kanthal, Tubing, Dormer Pramet, Walther Tools), Peter Maxx Art Studios. Additionally, he has represented top-tier artists and athletes from the NFL, NHL, Fred Astaire and Arthur Murray dance studios, including dancers prominently  featured  on Dancing  With  the  Stars.  His  extensive  experience has  drawn  attorneys from six continents across the globe to seek his immigration consultation and client services.

 

Brad remains an active supporter of women’s shelters, soup kitchens, philanthropic movements and  all  cultures,  spiritual  beliefs,  mores,  and  backgrounds. Brad  is  a  dedicated parent,  avid  car collector and  enthusiast.  history  buff,  and  sports  fan.    Warning: Brad  can engage in  car talk for hours! Personal  tributes  for  his  accomplishments  include  a client's child  named  Glassman,  and others named Brad!
