BIOGRAPHY

Ms. Hope Tuber graduated from Seton Hall School of Law in 1996. She was a research assistant to Professor Paula Franzese and Professor Marc Friedman and co-authored law articles relating to the Uniform Commercial Code and Property Rights. She was a member of the Women’s Law Forum and International Law Society and a recipient of the Ramon Ramous Medal of Courage. Upon passing her New York and New Jersey Bar, she clerked for the Honorable Murray Simon-Chancery Division.

Ms. Tuber joined Capetola & Divins P.C. in January 2015, focusing her practice exclusively in family law, representing clients in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Kings and New York County. She helps families navigate issues regarding child support, child custody, modifications of support, orders of protection, temporary support awards and divorce.
