BIOGRAPHY
Margherita Napoleone is an Associate, Pending Admission to the New York State Bar, at Capetola & Divins, P.C., where she concentrates her practice on matrimonial and family law litigation.
Margherita brings a strong background in real estate transactions, commercial leasing, corporate matters, and property tax matters. Prior to joining Capetola & Divins, she served as a law clerk at multiple real estate law firms, where she conducted closings, drafted memoranda based on legal research, reviewed legal documents, and assisted attorneys with complex, commercial real estate matters. Her experience in this field has strengthened her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to navigate intricate legal and financial issues.
In May 2026, she earned her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she served as President of the Real Estate Law Society and President of the Women’s Bar Association. She was a member of the Trial Advocacy and Practice Honors Society and was recognized at her law school graduation for her Special Service to the Bar.
