A Last Will and Testament is also referred to as a Will. A Will is a crucial legal document that outlines an individual’s final wishes regarding the distribution of their assets (real and personal) and instructs care should that individual pass with dependents.
A Will is critical. Should you pass without one in place (intestate), your estate (assets and property), shall be distributed pursuant to the laws of the state you pass in. A Will and/or Trust assures that the administration of your estate runs smoothly and pursuant to your wishes.
