Robert P. Johnson

BIOGRAPHY

Robert Johnson received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, at C.W. Post College in 1974 and his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 1977. Mr. Johnson also received his L.L.M in Taxation from New York University Law School.

Mr. Johnson devotes his practice to several areas of law, including real estate, commercial litigation, and corporate and business law. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1978, the Florida State Bar and the U.S. Tax Court in 1980, and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts in 1979.

Mr. Johnson, having been with the firm for twenty years, frequently second seats Mr. Capetola during the trial of complex commercial matters, as well as handling the vast majority of the firm’s appellate practice
